My mission is to serve people to make a positive difference in their lives…. and I have a lifelong passion for horses (did you guess?). Meet Lilly on the left and Sunny (or Spotty Botty) on the right.
In fact gymnastics and horses (or Eventing and Showjumping to be precise) have taught me most of my business skills. Core strengths are resilience, preparation, planning, focus, managing my mind chatter, persistence, determination, discipline, riding the highs and lows of competition performance and devastating injury and loss, empathy and courage.
I bring motivation, energy and inspiration to support you to improve your confidence and develop your game plan to help you position yourself for success in your next chapter.
I found the power of performance and career coaching in 2019 and fell in love with its transformational impact on people. So I signed up to learn how to do it properly with The Coaching Academy.
Testimonials and client feedback show that they feel really supported and that it is the time to focus truly on themselves with no judgement and feeling REALLY and powerfully listened to in a safe space of trust that makes the difference.
I live in Hampshire with my wonderful husband and his MX-5s (2 MX-5s so 2 horses!!).
My business values are honesty, partnership, growth and commitment.
Confidence follows courage. And we'll have a bit of fun along the way too. Let's have a chat towards that life of meaning and purpose in your next chapter.
I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. I have over 30 years experience working within the Public Sector (Primarily Local Government and more recently Higher Education).
I have spent over 20 years working as a senior financial and management consultant and project manager over a wide variety of departments and services and working with all levels of the organisation. This brings breadth and depth to my professional background in organisational change.
I thrived off strategic shaping, rapidly gearing up from a standing start, critical thinking and analysis, and managing and delivering complex projects.
My superpowers are building effective relationships, rapport and widely building trust with people. I bring energy, enthusiasm and always a smile.
I have had my own career transitions. I have been employed and self-employed. I took voluntary redundancy in 2012 and moved into self-employment as a management consultant. See my LinkedIn profile reviews for some examples of the work I have done since 2020 during COVID working from home in a new organisation.
I have now pivoted from organisational change as a consultant to inspiring individual change through the power of coaching.
It is all about human connection - the most important part of all of my work to date is effectively building the relationship with the people I am working with, whether in-person or online and inspiring change.
What makes me different? I help you step into your own power.
My business values are:
What they mean.
My promise to you.
